How to upload media optimized for StandPro and Handheld screens — portrait vs landscape orientation and aspect ratios.
Nizam lets you upload dedicated media for each device type so your campaigns fill the screen naturally. StandPro and Handheld have different screen orientations, so device-specific media ensures your visuals always look their best. If no device-specific media is uploaded, the device displays the device template's fallback title and message instead.
StandPro Media#
The StandPro displays media in portrait orientation at a 4:5 aspect ratio. This tall format works well with vertical imagery — a photo of a masjid tower, a portrait of a beneficiary, or a vertical event banner.
Upload a dedicated StandPro image or video for any campaign to ensure the media fills the portrait display naturally.
Handheld Media#
The Handheld displays media in landscape orientation at a 16:9 aspect ratio. This wide format suits horizontal imagery — group photos, landscape scenes, or event banners designed for widescreen.
Upload dedicated Handheld media for any campaign to take full advantage of the landscape display.
When to upload dedicated media
Device-specific media ensures your campaign visuals are optimized for each screen's orientation and aspect ratio. Without it, the device relies on the template's fallback content rather than displaying campaign media.
